Notable news! Our Jersey herd all officially tested A2/A2 positive. This is fantastic news, it means that most with lactose sensitivities can now drink a nutritious, delicious alternative.

Our original Jersey girls were bred and born in VT from our good friends at Richardson Family Farms. These bovine beauties are loving life here at Crystal Brook Farm! We are so glad to have a small milking herd back here. Eric’s life long passion has been working with cows (the first 20 years of his career he spent milking 30 Holstiens) and his dedication to produce healthy, local and nutrient packed milk will continue on!
